Go to the IRCC homepage >here< to create a GCKey Account
If you already have an account from another IEC application, you can use that same account and don’t have to create a new one.
If you are creating the account for the first time, click the ‘Register’ button.
If you are applying from outside of Canada, Option 1 is the only option.
There are quite a few steps to create a username, password and recovery questions for security. Follow all step by step.
Very important! Make sure to write down your username, password and all your security questions and answers in at least three different places. Trust me—you’ll forget them eventually, and recovering them can be a real hassle. It’s much easier to have them stored safely in multiple locations from the start!
After you set up your GCKey log in you can sign into that account and create the profile. >> Click this link to sign in
Don’t worry if your account still looks empty at first—it’s normal. Your account will fill up with updates as you progress through the application.
